* In addition to either option, enclosed is an extra 24 inch clear balloon. (2 clear 24 inch balloons total you will receive). You can save the extra balloon, or use if needed.

** Confetti is handmade, 2 inch circle pieces, tissue material, does not adhere to the sides, only pools at the bottom of the balloon as displayed in pictures/video
